How much is due for booking?
For all charters we ask for a $100 deposit to be paid upon booking. It can be made with all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. The remainder of your charter price is due before heading out to sea.
If you need to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund if canceled 5 days or more before your sail date. If cancelation is made in less than 5 days from your sail date your deposit will be forfeited unless you choose to re-schedule your trip to another date.
Can we stay out longer than the scheduled time?
We cannot always guarantee that we can stay out longer than your scheduled trip time due to other scheduled trips, however if we do not have any other bookings we do offer additional time at sea. Pricing is per hour for any additional time.
Is there a bathroom on board?
On our Bertram Flybridge we have a full head (bathroom). This is the boat that we use for many of our charter trips. Our Carolina Skiff does not have a bathroom so if on this boat we suggest you go before we head out.
What to bring?
Swimsuit or water appropriate clothing, sunglasses, water shoes, towel, hat (recommended), sunscreen, sunscreen, and more sunscreen! We provide coolers, ice, and water but you can bring your own drinks and snacks. Alcohol is ok to bring but in moderation. No glass containers or bananas allowed on the boat. Look it up if you don't understand - lol.
Cameras are recommended but we can also take pictures for you. Ask about our professional photo package.
Are tips included in the price?
No. Tips are not included but are very much appreciated! Standard tips are 10%-15%, so please don't forget the Captain of the boat or the crew members.

Could the trip be canceled due to weather?
Yes, unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We will contact you ASAP if the decision has been made to cancel the trip due to weather. If your trip is canceled and you cannot find a suitable reschedule date you will receive a full refund.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We allow 1 pet per trip to come on board. Make sure to tell us ahead of time about your furry friend so we can make sure that we will be able to accommodate them for your trip!
